Once your order has been placed, we’re usually unable to make changes or cancel it – our team starts preparing it pretty quickly!

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel your order – this could be because:

  • An item is out of stock
  • There was a pricing error on the site (oops!)

If that happens, we’ll let you know via email and refund you in full within five working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our lovely warehouse team in Liverpool is open Monday to Sunday, from 9am-5pm UK time.

Please allow up to 1-2 working days for order processing and fulfilment of in stock items.

During busy periods, such as holidays, bank holidays or special events, fulfilment times may be longer, we’ll keep you updated if delays occur.

Heads up – you’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes your country may charge when your order arrives. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

  • We cover all duties for orders shipping to the United States
  • For those in Europe, we cover duties on orders under €150

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return your item for a refund. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and you’ve kept your proof of purchase.

It costs £3.99 to issue a return.

Think your item is faulty? We’ve got a 6-month warranty for manufacturing issues (not wear + tear).

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.There might be returns delays due to holiday periods.

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend that you return your item and place a new order with your refund.

What’s not covered under our warranty:

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing faults – but it doesn’t include damage from everyday wear or accidental breakage. That means we can’t cover:

  • Broken chains
  • Chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones
  • Items that have been bent, twisted or snapped
  • Oxidation or fading plating over time

Pre-Orders

If your pre-order includes multiple items (including any in-stock pieces), we’ll lovingly pack and ship everything together once your pre-order item is ready. We don’t part-ship orders, so if you're super eager for your in-stock goodies, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

We’ll always give you our best estimate for when your pre-order item will be ready to ship, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands (think: supply chain hiccups, etc.). If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated via email, so make sure you’ve entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder now and then!

Pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve your sparkly goods. Unfortunately, we can't accept cancellations on pre-orders once they’re placed, so please double check before confirming.

If you’re ordering a pre-order item as a gift, please be aware of the estimated dispatch date before purchasing. If you need something sooner, check out our in-stock collection!

Our Ethics And Responsibilities

Our manufacturer is a SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audited factory.

The manufacturer we work with is a social and environmental conscience company, through annual factory audit they comply to the international standard with social welfare at the top of their list and ours!

All jewellery collections are limited quantities, we make to meet demand! Our ethos has always been about having something nobody else has, so keeping those jewellery drops at a neat capacity keeps things minimal on waste, sustainable and exclusive!

We are reducing our plastic packaging and changing to eco-mailers which are 100% recyclable and biodegradable cardboard boxes.

All our branded boxes and velvet ring boxes are for keeps, so you can use them time and time again. They especially come in handy when you're travelling!
