Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48: £3.99 (free on orders over £75).
- Premium Delivery: £4.99 1–2 business days.
- International Delivery: Available to select countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For UK Customers:
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or damaged package. Please contact us.
For International Customers:
We are unable to cover any duties or taxes on international parcels.
Once Royal Mail has passed the package onto the respective countries courier we are unable to assist with lost and delayed packages. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Check your spam email if the tracking email does not end up in your main inbox.
We are open Monday to Friday.
For next-day shipping (UK only), orders must be placed by 12:30pm the previous day.
Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing and fulfilment. (excluding next day delivery)
During busy periods, such as holidays, bank holidays or special events, fulfilment times may be longer—we’ll keep you updated if delays occur.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Key Points:
- UK Returns: Use our returns portal to generate your label. Returns cost £3.99.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid returns for international orders.
- Earrings: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale Items: Non-refundable. Store credit or exchanges only.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable
- Free Gifts: Free gifts must be returned along with the original order for a full refund (with some exemptions)
- Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excludes wear and tear).
For UK:
- Follow the link to our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
- Fill out the returns form and print your return label.
- Package your item securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off your package at your nearest post office.
For International:
- Contact us hello@julychild.co.uk for our returns address.
- Track your item as we cannot guarantee or cover the loss of an international return.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.There might be returns delays due to holiday periods.
Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges for UK customers. Exchanges cost £3.99 for shipping unless a different method is requested.
We do not repair items or have the capacity to do so!
**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns label, anything outside of this will not be accepted. July Child will deduct any import tax and duty if an international return is sent to us.
July Child is not responsible for any additional return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement.
July Child reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
You have 14 days from purchase date to notify us of any faulty items.
This does not include any items worn by customers. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned faulty product from you and confirming the reported fault and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day of receiving it and making that confirmation.
Please note that we reserve the right, in certain jurisdictions, to suspend the granting of refunds during certain periods of the year at which we experience particularly high demand.
Should the customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. July Child Jewellery is not liable for any lost returns.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
Once an order has been place we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it. Please see our returns policy.
CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if; we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical order.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
If your jewellery is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
We try to do as much as possible in the way of recycling. Our packaging is made from recycled paper as well as many of the jewellery featured on our website.
National and/or EU rules sets certain limits to how and when you may share customer-identifying information with Clearpay. EU regulations state that the customer must have clicked the Clearpay option before the Merchant shares any such information. Basically this means you share privacy data when the customers actively chooses the Clearpay option in your checkout and Clearpay’s widget is shown, not before. Our default setup complies with EU regulations. If you operate in another jurisdiction, you must check what kind of setup is permitted before you do the integration.

Our manufacturer is a SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audited factory.
The manufacturer we work with is a social and environmental conscience company, through annual factory audit they comply to the international standard with social welfare at the top of their list and ours!
All jewellery collections are limited quantities, we make to meet demand! Our ethos has always been about having something nobody else has, so keeping those jewellery drops at a neat capacity keeps things minimal on waste, sustainable and exclusive!
We are reducing our plastic packaging and changing to eco-mailers which are 100% recyclable and biodegradable cardboard boxes.
All our branded boxes and velvet ring boxes are for keeps, so you can use them time and time again. They especially come in handy when you're travelling!
Lastly, all our jewellery is for lifetime keeps. Please follow our care instructions included in your order to ensure you get the maximum wear with the best care. If your plating wears, make sure you get it re-plated (there are plenty worldwide if you google them). You never need to through away a piece of JC, all it needs is a little TLC and she's good forever.
