I haven't bought it yet but cool necklace
While the necklace is cute, the original listing photo showed it on someone, with the phone open. So, I justified the higher price as it could be worn two ways. However, when I received it, the necklace didn't hold open as shown in this video. I reached out to customer service, thinking it was faulty, and they said the one I received was as intended. They said the product wasn't "marketed" as being able to be worn open... but, showing a picture of the product doing something it can't do is false advertising. Customer service was very polite, and I'm glad the image of the person wearing the necklace open was removed from the website to avoid confusion for future customers; however, I'm disappointed overall. The hinge is extremely floppy and, at times, the top and bottom make a clacking noise when you move, which also isn't ideal, especially for those with sensory issues.
This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and she will be so pleased as she has wanted this for ages
Cutest necklace ever
Super shiny and adorably tiny, there's nothing more I could want from this necklace <3
