Changed your mind? No worries, we’ve got a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. For the holiday season, all orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, 2025 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2026.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all original packaging (including the ring box).

You’ll need to include proof of purchase.
We’ll process your refund once we’ve received and inspected the item. If any packaging (like the ring box) is missing, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund.
Return Shipping
You’ll need to cover return shipping costs, we don’t refund original shipping fees either.
We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us safely.
