Returns with July Child
Hey angel, here's the break down on returns 💌
You've got 30 days from delivery to return your order, unless you bought it on sale, in which case you've got 14 days to send it back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging must be included (this includes the ring box for rings)
- Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned (if applicable)
- A returns slip must be included, without this we won’t be able to identify your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We highly recommend using a tracked service, you're responsible for your item until it safely lands back with us.
What can't be returned?
- Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Handmade to order pieces like all custom nameplates.
- Gift cards
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. If anything’s missing, like the ring box or original packaging, we’ll need to deduct the replacement cost from your refund 💔

Placed your order on TikTok Shop?

Go to TikTok → Profile → My Orders. Tap the item you want to return, then select Refunds & Returns.

Select your reason and return method, then submit the request to the seller.

Download the return label or QR code, pack your item securely, and drop it off with the selected courier.

Send the return within 14 days of your request and keep proof of postage.

Refunds are processed once we receives the item or you upload proof of postage. Delivery costs are refunded only up to the cheapest shipping option as per TikTok
What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If you refuse delivery of your July Child order, please note that any prepaid duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
These fees are paid upfront on your behalf to ensure smoother delivery and faster customs clearance — which means we still get charged for them, even if you say no to the parcel. The same applies to any additional shipping or return-to-sender fees.
💡 For example: If you place an order to the US or EU and refuse the parcel at the door (or fail to collect it), your refund will be processed minus any non-recoverable charges.
