Returns: 30 days, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Earrings, gift cards, and custom nameplates are final sale. Sale items = store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pre-orders: Charged at checkout, non-cancellable. Mixed carts ship together — order separately if you want in-stock items sooner.
