Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your July Child jewellery. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and faulty items.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges outside of the UK.

  • Within the UK, we only offer exchanges in the form of store credit.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@julychild.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. We’ll provide you with our returns address.

  3. Ship your item back to us within 7 days of receiving that address. Any returns shipped after this period may only be accepted at our discretion.

UK Returns

  • We offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of £3.99.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (except for earrings and sale items).

  • Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items are non-refundable – these may only be returned for store credit.

  • All returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or duties.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked, signed-for postal service for your return.

  • July Child reserves the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.

Faulty Items

  • If your jewellery arrives faulty or not as described, please notify us within 30 days. You’ll be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement.

  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you’re entitled to a refund within 6 months of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, items must be returned with original tags attached and must not show damage caused by wear.
