Our warehouse team in Liverpool is working throughout the Christmas season to keep your orders moving.

Open Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm (UK time)
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing and fulfilment of in-stock items.
During busy periods like Christmas, bank holidays or special events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur.
Christmas Dispatch Schedule

Holiday Returns & Refunds
We get it, gifting can be tricky. That’s why we’re extending our return period for the holidays.
For the Christmas season, all orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, 2025 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2026.
To be eligible for a return:
- Fill in the return slip on the left-hand side
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging (yep, that means the ring box if you bought a ring!)
- Don’t forget to return any free gifts that came with your order (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
If anything’s missing, like the ring box or original packaging, we’ll need to deduct the replacement cost from your refund 💔
Returns Info
If you’d like to return your order:
- Return shipping is on you, and unfortunately, we can’t refund your original delivery fee.
- We highly recommend using a tracked service, you're responsible for your item until it safely lands back with us.

- Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Handmade to order pieces like the Mother F*cker collection and all custom nameplates.
