Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing and fulfilment of in-stock items.
During busy periods like Christmas, bank holidays or special events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur.

Holiday Returns & Refunds
We get it, gifting can be tricky. That’s why we’re extending our return period for the holidays.
All orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, 2025 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2026.
Changed your mind? No problem, as long as your return meets the below criteria:
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging (including the ring box).

You must include proof of purchase.
We’ll process your refund once your return is received and inspected. If any essential packaging (like the ring box) is missing, we’ll deduct the replacement cost from your refund.
Return Shipping

You’ll need to cover return postage, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you're responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
